Do you want to know how BBQ Brothers10 (BB10) came about?
Our story began when my brother and I left Korea 10 years ago to build a better future for ourselves. We both joined the hospitality industry because at that time it was a fast growing industry in Australia. My brother chose to specialise in Korean cuisine while I decided to become a pastry chef. Being trained and working in the kitchen for many years, we finally achieved all the skills and qualification. However as time went by, we both realized that we wanted to do something more than just working as a chef. As our passion towards hospitality developed, we desired to have a restaurant of our own. Therefore BBQ Brothers10 was established.
It isn’t just about the amazing food but also our culture that we want to deliver. Our focus is to create the best Korean BBQ experience for our customer.
Who doesn’t love the smell of meat being grilled over the flame, the bitterness of soju and the sweet-spicy tang of Kimchi and pickles? Imagine yourself sitting with your family or friends, catching up over the BBQ, nothing more Korean than that. It is the culture that we want to share with Australia because we know Australians love it too.
One thing you must know about us is that our affordable prices do not compromise the quality of our meat as it is delivered every morning. We only use Australian Wagyu because we believe our customers deserve to taste the finest produce. We also believe that the key element of the barbeque is the meat itself. Therefore, reducing the number of side dishes on your table but adding in “the real stuff” on your stove is the concept that BB10 introduces. The other thing is that our noodles are freshly made every day. Therefore, when you come to BB10, you will leave with a mouthful of Korean flavours that you will never forget.
