Currently the room has a double bed and other furniture. You can bring your furniture and bed if you like.
The house will have ample space to store your belongings. There is surely a possibility that I can put you on the lease once we have found ourselves a good flatmate for each other if you like.
There is also a low maintenance backyard and you can plant something in the backyard if you like.
I am looking for someone who has a job either part time or full time. It'd be highly appreciated if you can introduce yourself when sending a msg. I don't mind you being very private person.
About the flatmates
I am a single male in my 30s working in public health. I work between 9-5 during the weekdays. After work I hit the gym and on the weekends i enjoy staying at home or going out for an adventure. I enjoy water sport (diving, kayaking and surfing).
I do not accept couples.
There are 3 rooms but I have no intention to have 3 people in the house. So it will be 2 people sharing house.
